Buttery-soft cheese with an earthy taste
Cheese of buttery texture made from 100% goat milk collected from the pastures of Olympus. The free-range feeding conditions, the animals' particular morphology, and the rich flora of Olympus gives the milk a unique, earthy taste with subtle acidic tones. Ideal to accompany any dish and to add to salads and pies, especially for a low-fat diet.
