White cheese from three kinds of milk; sheep, cow, and goat. The sheep and goat milk collected from the pastures of Mt Olympus is mixed with cow milk to produce cheese of unique flavor and nutritional value. Perfect to accompany any dish and to add in pies and Mediterranean-inspired recipes.
