Famous recipe with a spicy touch
The famous Elassona Feta cheese is made from 100% sheep and goat milk collected from the pastures of Mt Olympus, with a slightly spicy taste that originates from the traditional aging procedure in a beech barrel. It perfectly accompanies any dish and makes an ideal addition to a cheese platter.
