Aged cheese of exceptional taste

Hard cheese aged to perfection to give unique flavors and aromas, made from 100% sheep and goat milk collected from the pastures of Mt Olympus. It can be added to all recipes that include hard cheese and in combination with sweet tastes like honey and fruits.
