One of Thessaly's most famous cheese tastes, the semi-hard Kasseri is praised for its buttery texture and rich aromas. We produce it with the traditional EXARHOS family recipe from 100% sheep and goat milk collected from local farms. It can be served raw, and it is ideal for all diets.
